We warmly advise you to read our terms and conditions carefully before you start using Hoodi. When you are a part of Hoodi either as a visitor or a member, it is compulsory for you to accept these terms and conditions and abide by the all rules mentioned here. Failure to agree with any idea, phrase or word mentioned here makes you void of using Hoodi.

Content

Hoodi, being a private social network, allows members to post photos, share insights, voice opinions and post other content that belongs to very diverse sources. Although we try our best to stop spamy content, still Hoodi holds no responsibility of any content posted by our members. We don’t endorse content of our users and we respect the fact that diverse opinions leads to healthy communities. However, we reserve the right to judge and decide on content that is harassing to other community members.

Links to other websites

Hoodi most certainly will contain links to third party websites. It is hereby clearly commenced that Hoodi does not hold any responsibility, has no control over the privacy policies of other websites, and does not endorse the practices/advises/actions posted on such websites. You further acknowledge for the fact that Hoodi is not held accountable for any losses or alleged losses, directly or indirectly, caused to you by visiting and acting upon the content that is posted on such websites.

Use of “Bazaar”

Hoodi allows buyers and sellers in neighborhoods to come closer together. By using the Bazaar, you completely agree with the fact that Hoodi is not responsible for items/products and services bought* through bazaar. Our platform just allows sellers to offer their products in an online feed that is noticed by neighbors. No transactions takes place on Hoodi and you are expected to meet up with sellers in person and finalize any deal. Hoodi, in no way, holds any responsibilities to losses that may occur during meeting-up and buying products from neighborhood sellers.

*Hoodi members don’t actually buy items. They are just able to view products that are available to be bought. Exchange of money occurs in person-to-person meeting or by any other means that buyers and sellers find suitable.

Changes

TWe reserve the right to change, add or modify any points mentioned here. In such case, if the change greatly affects your “use of Hoodi”, we will notify you 30 days prior to its commencement.
